At WISE Charlotte, we believe women at every stage of their careers deserve support and connection that reflect where they are in their journey.
Designed exclusively for WISE Charlotte members with 15+ years of professional experience, this three-session experience offers the opportunity to step away from the demands of work and reconnect with yourself and a community of peers who understand your journey.
It's a space to reflect, explore, and connect authentically with other seasoned professionals as you consider what this next chapter can look like. Together, you'll reconnect with the person beyond your professional roles through meaningful conversation, creativity, and shared experiences.

*Total value: $240. WISE is contributing $140 toward your participation.
Only 12 spots are available to members in order to create an intimate, focused experience.

Your Workshop Leader
MaryBeth Simon has spent 20+ years hustling, just like you. Much of her career was spent in sports and events, plus non-profit, project management, leadership, and consulting. In 2025, MaryBeth launched a program called Create Space here in Charlotte. The 10-week program is built for women to "create space" for themselves to build new connections, learn new hobbies, and remember who they are outside of the roles they play as a partner, professional, and/or parent. MaryBeth creates spaces that are welcoming, unpretentious, warm, and open - and helps women find more joy and fulfillment in their lives both through the program and 1:1 coaching.
